Unfortunately, when your Mac or PC decides to act up, you can’t count on it happening during banker’s hours. In fact, in true deference to Murphy’s Law, which states that “Anything that can go wrong will go wrong,” laptops and desktop computers often fail when most computer repair stores are closed. By popular demand, at 208Geek, we have decided to extend our hours. In addition to being open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., we are now open every Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. To our knowledge, that makes us the only computer repair shop open in Meridian during the weekend.
Why We’ve Extended Our Hours & Offer On-Site Service
At 208Geek, we value our customers. And we want to make sure we are available when you need us most. In fact, that’s why we also offer in-home and in-office tech service. Sometimes, it isn’t possible for you to bring your terminal or Wi-Fi equipment into our Meridian service center. We realize that. And it’s the reason our techs travel throughout the Treasure Valley to trouble-shoot and make on-site repairs.
Quick Turn-Around
We also offer quick turn-around. Whenever possible, we respond to calls and service requests within 24 hours. What’s more, since we know that most people rely on their devices, we make quick turnaround a priority. In most cases, we can get your computer equipment back to you within one working day, so you don’t lose valuable time you could be using your device. If doing so is impossible, we will let you know.
