(Covers repairs for non-gaming/non-custom-built computers and laptops without physical damage, Windows reinstall, general troubleshooting, virus removal, and basic data transfer. Parts not included. Includes 1-year limited warranty for parts and labor.)

 

ADVANCED SHOP FLAT PRICING: $175

(Reserved for gaming/custom-built computers, physical damage to laptops including liquid damage, Windows reinstalls with data transfer, clones, and large amount of data backup. Parts not included. Includes 1-year limited warranty for parts and labor.)

CUSTOM COMPUTER BUILDS: $225

(Reserved for computer builds when parts are provided by the customer. Includes full computer assembly, Windows and driver installation, and testing. No warranty for customer provided parts and labor.)

SHOP FLAT DIAG/NON-REPAIR: $75

(If we are unable to repair a computer due to age, extensive damage, or the customer declines to have a computer repaired due to the cost of replacement parts. At the sole discretion of 208GEEK, this may be all we charge you for simple and easy repairs.)

* Advanced data recovery due to faulty drive will incur an extra charge, however if we are unsuccessful at retrieving your data, there is no charge.

 

Remote Support:

Reserved for MSA Clients 

(half -hour minimum)

5 Hours of priority support. Hours good until used. Next-day service. To be used for onsite, remote, or in-store. Includes Anti-Virus if needed. For clients with up-to 5 computers. 

 

Small Business MSA ($625): $25/hour discount

5 Hours of priority support. Same day response time. Includes anti-virus for all workstations if needed. For clients with 5 or less computers.

 

Small Business MSA ($1,250): $25/hour discount

10 Hours of priority support. Same day response time. Includes server monitoring and anti-virus for all workstations if needed. For clients with servers, or with 6 or more computers.
